1. Institutional Code of Conduct & Acceptable Use

Academic Conduct
1.1 Institutional Authority & Scope
This digital management portal serves as the official school administration system of National Academy of Excellence. Access is granted strictly to enrolled students, authorized teachers, administrative personnel, and accredited guardians.
1.2 Authorized User Roles & Credential Responsibility
Access is divided into role-based authorization tiers: Master Administrators, Class Teachers, Subject Masters, and Registered Students. Users are personally accountable for safeguarding their login credentials. Credential sharing, delegation, and automated account access are strictly prohibited.
1.3 System Security & Integrity
Users shall not attempt unauthorized access, vulnerability probing, or automated scraping of student records. All critical platform operations are immutably logged for institutional accountability and administrative oversight.
1.4 Institutional Heraldry & Insignia
The official name "National Academy of Excellence", emblem, motto ("Excellence in Knowledge & Character • Per Ardua Ad Astra"), and certified examination marksheets are the institutional property of National Academy of Excellence.

2. Student Academic Integrity & Examination Guidelines

Examinations
2.1 Certified Marksheets & Evaluation
All term evaluation marks, subject assessments, and class rankings displayed on this platform are certified by the respective Class Teachers and Academic Section Heads. Grades are categorized strictly under standard ministerial marks bands.
2.2 Class Progress Reports & Performance Tracking
Class Progress Reports generate holistic visual analytics including student rank, class average, subject bars, and teacher recommendations. These reports serve to guide scholastic growth and parental consultation.
2.3 Examination Conduct & Disciplinary Action
Any malpractice during term tests or centralized examinations will result in automatic disqualification from the subject and review by the School Disciplinary Board.

3. Student Health, Safety & Confidential Welfare

Student Welfare
3.1 Medical Record Confidentiality
Student health considerations, chronic conditions, and emergency medical notes are kept in strict administrative confidence, accessible solely to Section Heads, Class Teachers, and the First Aid Master for student life safety.
3.2 Socioeconomic & Bursary Protection
Information regarding welfare assistance, scholarships, and bursaries is safeguarded to prevent peer bias and ensure dignified student welfare management.
3.3 Emergency Transit & First Response
Emergency guardian contact numbers are maintained in high-readiness state to facilitate immediate communication and healthcare transit during school emergencies.

4. Digital Security & Privacy Protections

Information Security
4.1 Secure Credential & Session Management
User sessions are guarded with encrypted HTTP-only session cookies and role authorization middleware. Passwords and secret hashes are never transmitted in clear text across public API responses.
4.2 Client-Side Image Privacy & Compression
All uploaded student and staff photos are pre-compressed directly in the user browser below 500KB before transfer, optimizing bandwidth on mobile networks and preventing unneeded data footprint.
4.3 Purpose Limitation
Student and teacher records are utilized strictly for academic administration, attendance monitoring, report card generation, and parental notices. Information is never commercialized or shared with third-party advertisers.

5. Attendance & House Merit Standards

Attendance & Houses
5.1 Daily Roll Call Policy
Regular school attendance is mandatory. Daily morning roll call is recorded by the assigned Class Teacher. Sustained unexcused absence exceeding 3 consecutive days triggers automatic parental notification.
5.2 House Allocation & Sports Activities
Each enrolled pupil is allocated to an institutional house based on admission records. Students represent their respective house during the Annual Athletic Meet, debating, and co-curricular tournaments.

6. Parental Communication & Clerical Rectification

Parental Rights
6.1 Accuracy & Record Correction
Parents and lawful guardians may request rectification of clerical errors (such as spelling corrections, updated WhatsApp telephone numbers, or residential changes) through the School Clerical Office.
6.2 System Administration & Support
